CTC17 Car Top Control

Constructed to BSEN81-20:2014 , the CTC17 car top control is fully compliant to the highest standards within the lift industry.

Available in either pre-wired or non-wired. Both versions are supplied with an emergency light,as standard. CTC17 offers the following features:-

  • Fabricated from mild steel, with hinged fascia and hinged bulkhead lid, enabling easy access and also easy closure of the unit even when utilising multiple (piggy-backing) contact blocks.
  • Segregated control and mains voltage compartments.
  • Push-pull fail safe emergency stop button, 50mm diameter with integral status flag indicator.
  • Metal RCD socket 30mA, fused to 3 Amps.
  • Colour coded control panel, providing clear differentiation of switch/button functions.
  • All control buttons and switches are independently shrouded and are marked with their relevant function.
  • The Test/Normal switch and Doors button have shrouds of different geometrical shape, enabling easy identification in low light conditions.
