Lock Out Tag Out

Colour Coded Padlocks
Colour coded padlocks are ideal for use in isolating machinery via our range of lockout hasps detailed below. The five colours provide a simple means of identification for departments and maintenance teams to operate. Each colour is keyed alike but differs from other colours.

Lockout Hasps
Manufactured from high tensile steel, this is a simple to use device which enables up to 6 workers to lockout a single energy source (electrical switchgear, etc). Each lockout hasp can accept up to 6 padlocks with up to a 9.5mm shackle diameter. Lockout hasps are available with either 25mm or 38mm diameter jaws.
