Construction:

A general purpose nylon corrugated conduit made from self extinguishing, halogen free PA6.

Application:

Suitable for most robotic, rapid or continuous motion applications. It also meets the demands of installations requiring high fatigue life and flexibility.

Features:

  • Highly flexible and high fatigue life.
  • High impact strength and recovers if crushed.
  • IP66 rating.
  • Temperature range -40°C to +120°C.
  • Highly resistant to solvents and oils.
  • Self extinguishing.
  • Halogen, sulphur and phosphorus free.

Fittings:

  • All fittings are one part 'Fast Fit'.
  • IP66 rating.
  • Anti-vibration and tamper resistant.
  • Can be removed using a screwdriver.
  • Both 90° and 45° fittings are available.
  • Supplied complete with locknut.

Note: Conduit is available by the metre as well as in reel sizes. All connectors are supplied complete with lock nut. A range of fixing clips are also available to order. Sizes 40mm and 50mm are available to order only.
