Synthetic Gear Oil

PEW offer a range of mineral and synthetic oils especially suitable for machine tool, gear and hydraulic operations.
Mineral Oil PEW offer a range of premium quality mineral-base oils in which solvent refined base oils are combined with unique additive technology to achieve the highest performance standards available today.
Synthetic Oil Older machines and even new equipment, subject lubricants to higher temperatures in order to achieve desired performance levels. As a result, many of these applications require performance beyond the capabilities of conventional mineral based lubricants. Synthetic oils are oxidation resistant, more thermally stable, and able to maintain their viscosity over wider temperature ranges than mineral oils.
The benefits of synthetic lubricants are:-
- Reduced flow restrictions by improved deposit control.
- Better gear and bearing protection from improved viscosity.
- Longer oil life from high temperature stability.
Order Codes | Description | Viscosity | Size (litres) |
---|---|---|---|
SH220 | Medium Synthetic Gear Oil | ISO220 | 5 |
SH320 | Medium / Heavy Synthetic Gear Oil | ISO320 | 5 |
Note: All of the above oils are available in either 5 or 20 litre containers or 205 litre barrels.
