The Digital Communication Platform (DCP) provides an information gateway between all compatible connected devices in the lift shaft and our cloud based monitoring platform; the Avire Hub. Maintenance companies working with a multi-brand and legacy lift portfolio are not typically able to offer customers a monitoring platform due to the difficulties associated with accessing information from the lift controller. In this situation, the DCP is the ideal solution as it acts as a controller independent gateway passing data in and out of the lift shaft. The DCP is installed in the Machine Room and when connected to compatible devices, the data from this system can be hugely valuable to lift maintenance companies

Available in 2g for voice only. Or 4g for voice and data.

The DCP/GSM terminal requires a SIM card, these are available in either 24 month or 36 month contracts.

The GSM terminal is ideally sited in the machine room and with sufficient mobile signal.

In addition with the Memcom autodiallier and a range of accessories to facilitate full compliance with EN81-28 and EN81-70. The unit provides trapped passengers with easy, hands free connection to up to 4 preprogrammed numbers.

Features include:

• Keypad, back-lit LCD display and built-in microphone. The back-lit LCD display is easy to read, even in a dark lift shaft, enabling the engineer to clearly see the numbers he is programming.
• Integral battery will sustain the entire system for up to eight hours in the event of mains failure.
• Accessories include a single, versatile Multi Point Station (MPS), providing the engineer with up to three communication points (namely the pit, the top of car and the motor room). Spare microphones and batteries are also available.
• Inductive loop option provides audibility for the hearing impaired.
• Fits easily, either behind the COP or on top of the lift car.
• Choice of two COP speaker plates (with/without pictograms).
