Key Code Access Car Control Unit for up to 8 Floors
The KCA1 car control unit consists of an 8-relay circuit board, designed to secure up to 8 floors when activated. It is supplied with a remote keypad and display (used for programming the security access codes) which is fitted to the top of the lift car. A brushed stainless steel keypad is mounted inside the car, either on a separate face plate or onto the C.O.P.
The unit disables the C.O.P. push buttons through 8 relays which are wired into the circuits. When the user selects one of the pre-programmed 4 digit codes, a relay closes for a pre-set period of time. This in turn enables the user to select the floor(s) to which he/she has been given access.
