Cable Tray And Accessories
There are three types of cable tray available, light gauge, medium gauge and heavy gauge.
Light gauge
tray is a single flange standard cable tray, with a 'hole' pattern, facilitating greater all round versatility. This tray is suitable for all light instrumentation, telephone and detector cabling.
Medium gauge
tray features a 25mm return flange and is manufactured from a lighter gauge material, providing ease of handling and installation. The tray derives its strength from the return flange design and is suitable for most light to medium industrial and commercial applications.
Heavy gauge
tray has a taller return flange than the medium gauge (50mm) and is ideally suited to applications where greater rigidity is required. It is able to carry heavier cables and pipe work with fewer supports.
