PEW Christmas Charity Donation
PEW directors, Andrew and Jason, recently visited the Little Havens Children’s Hospice in Thundersley, Essex, where they were both touched by the care and dedication given to both the children and their families.
Further to their visit, PEW have made a commitment to support the Hospice on an on-going basis.
In addition to direct financial support, PEW will help to raise funds indirectly through sponsored events, fundraisers and also by supplying free materials for the Hospice’s passenger lift maintenance.
Over the years, every Christmas, we have always supported you, our customers, with some form of Christmas cheer, by way of food or drink.
This year, however, in light of our recent visit and subsequent involvement, we have decided to make a donation to the hospice instead.
We sincerely hope that you will all support the decision we have made and agree that this is, indeed a worthy cause that will hopefully bring a smile to the children and their families at Christmas time.
If you would like to know more about the Little Havens Children’s Hospice or possibly make a donation, or just offer your support, please contact Jason Clark for further details on 0870 600 6503 or visit www.littlehavens.org.uk
On behalf of the directors and staff of PEW, thank you for your support and custom over the last year.
About Little Havens Children’s Hospice
Little Havens Children's Hospice provides respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for youngsters living with serious conditions and who are not expected to reach adulthood.
It aims to make their journey - and that of the family - as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way. The love and care provided by the Care Team in the homely surroundings at Little Havens is as special and unique as the child.
This could not continue without kind donations as it costs £2.3 million each year to keep the hospice open.
